Iunno, why it took so long for me to go here. Whatever.
Some stuff needs some work, eh, I'll get around to it.

Once the fire touches the opponent they are stunned until a second or so the fire dissipates, fire appears on the last frame of the casting animation. Jagger can move through the fire and attack.

Assist Technique:

General Attack Stuffs:
His light attacks are mainly fast combos, and his heavy attacks are imbued with Rain Flame. The effect of Rain Flame is to Calm, it weakens and stuns. Any attacks with Rain Flame have the effects of weakening the opponent and his attacks, as well as stunning. Specials have a longer lasting weakening and/or stunning effect. The Rain Flames attacks can also weaken oncoming attacks and depending on their attack's strength, nullify the attack all together (Generally for specials, i,e. His Special 2 could cancel someone's Special 1).

That sprite fucking sucks. The anatomy is all messed up and it looks too blocky in the chest. Stick with your current flavor.
